The Law is aimed at the simplification for the subject of investment activity t the order of the services obtaining, connected with the preparation and implementation of investment projects by the means of introduction the principle of ‘a single point of contact.´
The Law introduces the principle of ‘a single point of contact´, alleviating the access of the subject of investment activity to the services related to the development and implementation of investment projects. The legislative act commissions the authorized body to interact with the subjects of administrative and economic services to alleviate servicing of the subjects of investment activity in further realization of the investment project.
Regulation of the submitting of the defined register of services is done through the elaboration of operative plan of actions regarding the preparation of the investment project for the implementation by the authorized body after the coordination with the subject of investment activity.
